Rob Nelson has been the face of over a half dozen TV shows including the late night hit The Full Nelson on Fox News and the Rob Nelson Show on Fox – a nationally syndicated daily talk show with over a million viewers a day.

Rob’s prime time shows include The Scholar on ABC and Second Verdict on NBC/PAX; UPN’s Under One Roof, Family Forensics on A&E, and E Entertainments’True Hollywood Stories Investigates the Paparrazi -where Rob took to the streets to get to the truth about Hollywood’s paparazzi frenzy. 

Rob created one of the first Internet talk shows – the irreverent  In Bed with Rob Nelson, had a weekly talk radio show on KABC in Los Angeles and hosted the Something To Think About commentary series for KCET’s awarding winning show California Connected.

Rob co-founded Lead…or Leave, the largest twentysomething political movement in a generation. Over 100 members of Congress took the “Lead or Leave Accountability Pledge” and Rob was profiled in Time, Newsweek, on 60 Minutes and CNN.

He was on the cover of US News & World Report as one of America’s most influential Generation X leaders and the New York Times called him one of the original spokespeople of his generation. He was a member of President Clinton’s National Youth Reelection Task Force, and served briefly in the White House.

Today  Rob is using his talk show platform to cut through the politics of division. He’s partnered with Talk-Act.org to host a series of interactive live stream Town Hall Summits in select cities across the country with the goal of bringing communities together to begin to find common ground.

Rob graduated from Stanford Law School and is the author of two books: Revolution X, (Penguin) and Last Call: Ten Common Sense Solutions to America’s Biggest Problems, (Random House). He is the director of the documentary film Magnificent Burden.
